I'm not fat....size 11. if i get to small i look sickly and ugly. I'm a 36F and yes i wear the right size bra. I worked in a department store, i know how to fit a bra properly. I have 2 kids, and my boobs didnt shrink, althoug they did with both my mom and my sister which sucks. I'm angry and hate my boobs. I can't get a reduction either. The insurance will only cover it if they take out 500mg per side which would put me at a large A very small B and i'd end up looking funky. I just want to be normal. I've tried losing weight but it never changed my cup size, it made them bigger, confused on that one. Anyways, if you have any idea's i could use it. I have to fit into a formal dress by the begining of Feb for a Dining In, and would like it to fit the rest of me as well without looking like a hoe slut. please help if you can. thanks.

Again....surgery not a option unless you'd like to pay for it for me. It's only around 10 grand. I got denied by my insurance company and can't appeal.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Minimizer bras are the only ways of attempting to look smaller.

Other than that its surgery.

Could you see if perhaps the doctor could say "ok we'll work on 500 mg BUT if her safety is involved I'm taking less out and you should still be covered"??

My Insurance Company said 600 total (IIRC) and they took out 835L/1263R.

Surgery is the only way to reduce them down from that size. Since a lot of people get it paid for by their insurance and they don't have that much taken out, I suspect there are a number of plastic surgeons who get creative with the paperwork so that the client gets what she wants and the HMO gets what they want.

To be frank nobody likes there personal appearance
if you don't want the services of a plastic surgeon then you must accept your personal looks and come to peace with yourself, As for your appearance to others the mannerisms your personality speaks louder than the way the creator chose to present your out ward appearance. And I didn't see you have any complaints from your significant other.

I think you dont have to lose weight but just do some gym and stop junk food. Anyway, 5 lbs are not going to make your boobs smaller.

Some bras can make your breasts look smaller. Oprah just had a great show on finding bras. I think the info is on her site,

You can start saving for a breast reduction or switch insurance companies. You can also contest the Insurance company's decision. Tell them you have back pain, etc. I dunno. It worked for my mother.

Or else, you just have to learn to love your body. I'm sure you are gorgeous!

You can save up to 50% with My Simple Card. Look under
Cosmetic Surgery. They won't ask any questions. You won't
need any approvals. This is not a HMO or a PPO.

I would go ahead and get the surgery and then wear a push up bra.
