First of all I would like to congradulate you for dumping that idiot. Now, you just have to move on and try not to call him or even talk to him. Let time pass by before you meet somebody else, and just spend some time with your friends. Enjoy your youth and dont worry about any drama. Now that your single invest some time to yourself, a new wardrobe or hairstyle. Don't let this breakup make you look like you went down hill. Cheer up and everybody will notice.

Old habits die hard. I say that if he does it once, there's a slim chance he'll do it again. But, if he does it many times, he's already in the habit of doing it. He feels like he can do it and get away with it because you've been forgiving him. I know it's hard, especially if you have feelings for him, but sometimes you have to choose what is right for yourself. If you tell yourself over and over you forgive him, but deep down you truly don't, that might be one of the reasons why he sticks in your mind. You're letting his actions get to you, and by the sound of it, he doesn't truly care about you anyway. If he did, he'd respect you enough not to cheat.

first time blame him, second time blame yourself. You have to get over this guy. Something I have learned in my life that is hard to accept but so true is that people change and there is nothing you can do about it. There are many guys out there you could have good times with, besides he is not even the same anymore so it is a lost cause...

Well it's all pretty new so of course it's going to be on your mind. Go pamper yourself and get lost in a good book, or movie, anything to take your mind off of it.
Doing the right thing isn't always doing the easist thing. You deserve better than a liar and a cheater.

First, don't listen to break-up songs because that will just give you a hard time.
Second, get involved in activities such as basketball , soccer , or anything else.
Third, Avoid him as much as you can.
Fourth, Get OVER HIM , there are more than ONE MILLION GUYS , I REPEAT , ONE MILLION GUYS that are worse or might be better than him. Don't think he's the only one.
