how should i cotnrol my eating, like what i eat, when i eat and how i eat?

I would think that all of them should be put into use: What you eat will affect your weight, when you eat dont eat real late at night. How you eat remeber to chew slowly and enjoy your food.

The best way to think about changing your eating habbits is to remember to eat until your not hungry anymore not to eat until you are full. If you stuff yourself you feel bloated and tired afterwards. If you eat until your not hungry anymore then you are satisfied but still have energy to get up and move around. Also think like this, eat a big breakfast, a good lunch and a small dinner. The less you eat at night the better. Also, eat dinner by 6 or 7 pm and nothing after that.

If you stayed very active and developed a habit of gym workouts and an outdoor sport like cycling, golf, etc...and stayed active, you'd be eating a lot, but not gaining weight.
