You are grieving at present and crying is healthy to a certain extent.
Allow yourself time to heal it is painful but you will come through.
You may not think so but put on your best dress and go do something special for yourself !!
Keep doing things you enjoy .
Write your thoughts down on the subject and when finished tear them up and put them in the rubbish.
You say at present he is the one but obviouslly he isn't.
One day you will look back on this and be thankful for the experience which will have taught you a lesson about life.
Take care!
May the year ahead be a good one.

Crying is the way to sooth your soul. Ending a relationship is a grieving process and grieving takes time.
We love many in our life time ... and love at many different levels and for many different reasons. Be assured that at this moment you may think he is 'the one' ... but with time you will open your heart the THE RIGHT ONE.
Stay strong and true to yourself.

If you are sure that he will never turn back to you, then as days pass you will slowly recover and will become a normal person, am sure about this....!

of course its okay to cry. you're devastated. from now on though, focus on other guys, or just anything else in general to get your mind off him. if he broke up with you, it obviously happened for a reason, 'n hunny, trust me, you deserve better.
