Molluscum are caused by viruses similiar to warts. You can try OTC anti wart medicine (usually salicylic acid, Occlusol..etc.) and spread them on the molluscum. You can even try to cover them with duct tape (helps for warts). Finally- there is a new OTC Freeze spray (I believe Dr. Shohls makes it). If all else fails go see a dermatologist- they are very contagious.
Good luck (they will eventually fall off- but may spread first)

No. You must have them burned or frozen off by a dermatologist; usually an office procedure that takes about 15-20 min. and is relatively painless afterwards.
BUT YOU MUST DO THIS BECAUSE MOLLUSCUM ARE HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS EVEN TO YOURSELF-- THEY WILL SPREAD & CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL TREATED. Do not share towels, clothing, sheets, etc.
