both are refined sugar and bad for us. But I love my soda (pop). I call it pop.

My guess is Kool Aid and that is because though both have sugar Kool aid is mostly water and soda is not and there are some sodas that eat gunk off of car engines and I have never known kool aid to do that.

Neither. Both Kool-Aid and soda pop are soft drinks and have lots of sugar. Sometimes Kool-Aid has enough sugar in a can or serving of soda pop.

Given the implication of high fructose corn syrup in childhood obesity, probably Kool-Aid. Beets is what most granulated sugar is made from and you can modify the amount of sugar. Dentists recommend that if juice must be served to children, you should make it orange juice since it's acidity discourages excessive drinking of it. Since you can get it with calcium and Vit. D, it's a no-brainer.

There is no "better" 'cause they both suck. They're bad for you 'cause they're loaded with sugar, and artificial flavors and colorants...

Neither one. Drink water. It tastes better, is better for you and has no calories.
