Take her to the doctor...sheesh...
Never hurts to get second third and fourth opinions about what the problem is. Or you could go to webmd to try and diagnose the problem yourself. Me myself, id go to the doctor until they fixed the problem..thats why they are there.

If there are a lot of red or white spots ranging from small to large (preferably underneath the breast area), she just has a bad case of acne that needs attention by a dermatologist. It's sometimes itchy as well. It hurts too. And also trust me on this one -- it takes YEARS for it to go away... finally it's gone for me (I needed Accutane)
If that's not the case:
-Chicken Pox
-Allergic Reaction

Sounds like a rash, perhaps from her bra. I get them sometimes when I wear a new one. Try washing it a few times before she wears it again, and maybe with a different soap. Have her put some Hydrocortosone(sp) cream on it too, should be a quick fix. If it continues or gets worse take her to the doctor.

It could be so many things. If she has a fever as well as the rash, you should take her to an emergency room immediately. It could be allergy, etc. Only a doctor can tell for sure.

Okay, first off, she will NOT approve of you taking her to a doctor so they can examine her breasts. If that's a last resort, and you better make it a last resort, make sure the doctor is female.
Try going to http://www.webmd.com and diagnosing it yourself. Also, try the hydrocortisone and other alternatives people suggested.

Take her to a doctor. It could be arash from abra which can be treated with cream.

Probably Teflon in her trecot bra - get pure cotton.
