You know exactly what it is. He wants to have sex with you or is thinking of you erotically. The men who don't do this are fighting their urge to do so. Men are hardwired this way.
That doesn't excuse him making you feel uncomfortable, of course.

As a guy, I can not completely empathise with your situation. However, as a guy with a girlfriend -I feel very uncomfortable when guys look at her.
Because I know what they are thinking. I too, absentmindedly perve on other women and sometimes when i realise i'm doing it I feel pretty guilty.
When you get these looks, of course you feel uncomfortable. If you could actually hear what the guy's thinking then you'd probably feel a whole lot more uncomfortable. The thing is, you don't really know what the guy's thinking. It could be, hmmm nice pair of jeans or hmmm nice ***. I think the uncomfortable feeling is NOT knowing what the guy's thinking.

It's because they *ARE* undressing you with their eyes, and imagining what it would be like to sleep with you. Usually, it just their hormones, and they can't help it...but...there are a lot of creepy dangerous men out there. So, it's best to make it clear with your body language that you are not interested. I personally prefer not to make eye contact or engage in conversation in situations like this. Although, if it is someone you know...usually if you call them out on it...it will make them feel just as uncomfortable.

When this happens to you just give them a dirty look back and leave...if you stand there or tell them off they will think you like it. All they want is attention and dont be there fool.

Coming from a guy I can tell you what's going on with this man. He has this thinking in his head that if he looks the way that he does, then he might make you fall in love with you.

Me too except with women. Probably your instincts. I trust mine now after a couple of incidents. So if I see a hot mama and I do not feel confortable with her, I will run the other way. Trust them.

Yes, it is called being a woman. You are probably maturing into the age where guys will start to notice your features of womanhood. It is normal and happens to most girls at some point in their lives. I suggest getting used to it, because boys will be boys.

Yes, it seems to happen when you really like someone as a friend but then realize they want more, and you are afraid you are leading them on and you are not quite sure of how to nicely explain it to them...

Yes. It's like they are undressing you with their eyes. Pretty much. Next time ask the guy what's up with that look.
