It sounds to me that all you are looking for is a fight. I'm sorry that you will not find that in this entry. Yes, homosexuality is a sin. And divorce is never the answer. But everyone lives their life the best way they know how. And everyone has faults. But all I have to say is that NO ONE should cast a stone at the other. Read in the bible about the woman that is a harlott and she is about to be stoned to death. Jesus came by and said " Any of ye who hath no sins cast the first stone." Everyone dropped their rocks and walked away. And Jesus then asked the woman "Where are thine accusers?" Then he told her to depart and sin no more. Why are you throwing rocks at those who are wrongly throwing rocks at you? End the cycle.

All sins are forgiven by Jesus providing you repent of them and go and sin no more. If you committed adultery just as the woman in the bible did, and you repented, your sin of adultery is forgiven by Jesus, but you are not to re commit it again or you shall become a reprobate.
If you divorce and repent of that sin, your sin is forgiven by Jesus providing you dont re commit that sin again, or you shall become a reprobate.
If you are a homosexual and repent of that sin, your sins is forgiven by Jesus providing your dont go back to that lifestyle again, or you shall become a reprobate.
You who are without sin, may you cast the first stone.
Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
The question is how many people takes this scripture as serious as they should? Forgivenss and Salvation through Jesus "is not a sin all you want and get away with it for free pass".
When you repent of a sin, you are admitting that you know what you did what unrightous in the eyes of God, so to repeat that again is unexcusable. And the excuse of "I forgot" does't cut it with God.

Hello Gorgeoust,
Well! the bible say if the unbeliever wants to go then let them, however if he or she wants to stay then the believer has to allow them. Unless there is physical violence going on.
As far as homosexuality go's- The lord will not change his laws just to fit the needs of a certain group of people. Gorgeoust- I am not gay bashing nor do I dislike gays, I no what I have experience in this area, because the Lord revealed it to me.

I am most definitely guilty! (having been married 3 times) But by the grace of God & the perfect sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ I have been forgiven! I have repented & I do my very best to walk the way God would have me to walk...I am not perfect, except in Christ Jesus. I do not continue in the sin of adultry, but I will be accountable for the things that I have done.
The Word of God, the Holy Bible, states 1Co 6:9 - Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you WERE. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
To continue on in these listed sins will end with the person NOT going to Heaven....therefore since the soul does NOT die...& it ends up in one of 2 places (NO "middle" ground here ) Heaven or Hell....just as the Word of God declares.

I am divorce but I never remarried am I still a sinner.
And would you stay in a abusive marriage and watch your husband bash you and your children and sleep with a 13 year old girl in the presence of the children? I don't think so.
God understands in circumstances like this so why should you JUDGE?

I'm sorry, what does that have to do with homosexuality?
And AMDG is correct: the bible clearly states the ACT to be the sin, not the PERSON. And I personally know of non-practising homosexual Christians - and no, that is not an oxymoron.

It is written;"Man shalt not lie with another man as he would with a woman. It is an abomination unto 'ME'".By the way, what do homosexuality and adultery have to do with one another?Aside from them both being sin-full acts,I see no correlation.

Let (s)he who is without sin cast the first stone. I am sure that there is something in your life that runs contrary to what you profess to believe.
You, dear, are just as guilty of sinning as those - Judge not. . .
and for the record. Being a homosexual is NOT a sin - the act of homosexuality (sexual acts with same-sex partner - sex out of marriage) are sin. Since you are a Bible "expert" I will leave it to you to find the passage for yourself.
