Pilates- it stretches out your spinal column, makes you stand upright, and after doing it a few weeks, I kid you not, most of my friends and family asked me "you look taller!"

Well, certainly eat healthy-drink milk and take vitamins. However, height is genetic. Look at your parents. Are they average height? Shorter or taller? You'll probably be a similar height, and there isn;t much you can do to change genetics. Whatever your height, learn to love it! I'm only 5 feet tall, but I love it! You're beautiful at any height or weight or whatever if you have confidence! :)

Plenty of deep sleep. Caffeine stunts growth, because you can only achieve a shallow sleep with it in the system. Drinking it once in the morning shouldn't affect your sleep, though. Avoid caffeine, eat when hungry. I did neither so I'm only 5'6". I've seen a lot of kids grow much taller than their parents, probably because of sleep.

Take alot of vitamins (not to many!!! or you'll get sick) Eat all of the main food groups. And I'm short myself. I did that and I grew about centimeter in one month and that's alot considering I only grow about an inch a year.

Height is genetially predetermined. Some argue that the growth enhancers (hormones) that are feed to livestock, to accelerate their growth, that make up north American diets (i.e. beef) are carried into our systems and result in some increased growth.

Don't drink coffee (while you are young) or other stuff that 'stunts your growth'.
I think it also has to do with if your parent drank or did drugs while you were in their stomach.
Other than that, your height happens naturally, & you just have to accept it.
