Increase your calorie intake for 2-3. No kidding. It wakes the metabolism back up.

That is natural for people to experience that at the 6 month time. how often do you rest?
do you vary your regime to never have the sets or exercises the same?
try varying the angles.
try using the same weight more slowly. real slow on the negative (return) phase, and that will force new growth, and soon enough you will be able to go to a new weight.

no one can continue to lift extra weight forever, but you can vary it so that the strain is increased using the same weight. slow is pain.

This will happen several times if you continue to work out. Just keep doing what you're doing and (when your body is ready) you will, again, start to add weight. I assume you're trying to bulk from the way your question was stated.

If you're dieting consistently, try a day of eating whatever you want. This will kickstart weight loss for you. But, you gotta know that you're probably building muscle and that's why you're not losing weight. You should only gauge by your pant size.

Change you activities around, but work harder at it. Like if you work out every other day on even days, do odd days. And just switch it around without doing less.

try you routine in reverse. if you start with bench do it last. you need to get out of the routine that you are in because, good for you, you are used to moving those muscles in that order. just change it up
