Does an accelerator ruin the quality of the file so that it is more easily downloaded? (eg: picture quality decrease).

If not so, why enable an option for little acceleration, normal acceleration, or super acceleration? Or no acceleration at all.

If acceleration doesn't ruin the file quality, then who in the world will ever set their acceleration option to low acceleration instead of high acceleration?

Thanks in advance for your advice ^^ .

No. DIgital files either you get it, or you don't. You can't download "somewhat". Any downloader that download "somewhat" would be useless.
