So, a few months ago i found a web-site that showed how much calories you would loose if you did certain things [ex: If you swim for a half hour you will loose 200 calories] but i CANNOT find that chart thing anywhere!! Does anyone know of a web-site with this on there?? thanks soo much

everyone is different. Just exercise and eat right. Charts do not help.
