It's just life. We all have mood swings. If it's not major, and you don't feel sad/depressed all the time.. Don't worry about it. However, if it becomes more frequent and worrysome to you, talk to your doc about it. Maybe you need an anti-depressant just to give you a little kick. Not a big deal.

Are you looking for something to do or are you looking for life fullfilment?

Try to be as postivie as posible. Enjoy everything you can and be thankful for what you have. If you are constantly searching for something to fulfill your life you will never see what you have already fullfilling it.

Evaluate your friends and see if one of them is negative. If he/she is always talking about how crappy everything is, if so, avoid them. You can't let them bring you down. Their sorrow is only going to rub off on you. (You don't have to ditch them, just - realize that they are not as happy in their life as you.)

You aren't emo are you? Seems to me that whole lifestyle is just a buzzkill. (No offense - just my personal opinion.)

I know that teenage years are awkward and sometimes not the easiest times, but really, you have plenty of time to find your way in life.

Be optomistic.

if you have felt this way for more than 2 weeks then i would talk to my doctor and maybe get on an anti depressant even for a short period. i experienced the same thing at your age.

Go to a doctor and ask him/her to give you information on depression. That may or may not be your problem, but in any case, going to a doctor is always the best solution. Hope it helps!

If it's not broken don't fix it. You've got a good life, have fun with it.
