Age isn't something to worry about, you can bathe puppies very young. The thing is you have to make sure is that you dry them well and make sure they are completely dry so that they don't get sick.
Also why are they rolling in their poop and pee? you need to try to stop them from doing that and properly train them while their still young. They should not be rolling around in their waste.

Why are they rolling in their poo and pee? Do they stay in a crate 24 hours a day? Chihuahuas need to be with their masters, not penned up all the time. They can be bathed now, but please spend time with them. They need love, food and water. Those are the most important things. Far more important than a bath.

the age is not that important,,,what is important is for them to not get cold...bathe in 5 mins tops and then dry with a hair dryer making sure you don't burn them...then put in a place with a space heater for a couple of hours and they'll be fine.

Your puppy's should be old enough for the first bath.Use special puppy shampoo....dry them well after wards and keep them warm until they are completely dry.You can also try baby wipes without alcohol.

they are old enough now to be bathed . just take care you dont get them cold or chilled and use a warm hair dryer (blow dryer that is ) and remember to put your hand in front of it so that you do not burn their skin . good luck to you and god bless you.
