and how do you know? someone said i can use it to run a 12" alpine type-r dual 4 ohm onli if it is 1ohm stable, why does it have to be 1-ohm stable?

.it has this 1 x 1200 Watts @ 1 Ohms that means it can run at 1ohm
if you were to wire it using the 2 subs you would have some smoke coming from your amp say if it was 2ohm and not 1 ohm.if you are only going to run one you can have a 2 ohm amp and be fine but if you want 2 you will have to have a 1 ohm amp to get the most power.
