Toast your wheat bread, fry your baloney (don't use cooking oil) in a pan and after it's kind of a light brownish color, put it on the bread with best food mayo and some Cheddar cheese. I recommend cracker barrel cheese and eat! This is the only way I eat a baloney sandwich.

Well mustard or mayo is preferred by most. I' ve had it with sweet relish. I like it fried then put a slab of cheese on it which takes about 15 secs in the micro.

I like to take 2 pieces of wheat bread, add Miracle Whip, Wavy Lays Potato Chips and 2 slices of Bologna. It is so good!!!!

My perfect sandwich is very simple but uses the best ingredients.
2 paper thin slices of Wunderbar bologna
1 slice of Muenster cheese
crisp iceberg lettuce
Miracle whip on both
slices of wheat bread
Ooh, fried bologna with cheddar is good too! (On toast, skip the Miracle Whip)

the best thing to do to a good beef baloney sandwich is to keep it simple. tasty cheese of your choice and firm white bread with a little mayo.
