Yes. The way a person dresses and acts determines the way other people treat that person. There is a reason why people look and act the way that they do. Why are you nicer to some strangers than others? Is it the way they look and the way they carry themselves. (Psychologists call it the Halo effect, if someone is physically attractive then you assume that other qualities about them are good as well)
There are a lot of people out there that will tell you not to judge a book by it's cover but why would you read fiction when you are looking for an engineering manual. The bottom line is that you should go with your instincts. If somethings not right you're probably right.

NO!!!!!!! The old saying "Don't judge a book by its cover", is very true. I know some very intellectual looking people who are not such good people (drugs, alchol, legal problems) yet I also know some bikers (that would scare almost anyone) to be the biggest teddy bears, have the best hearts and are the most kindest people you would ever want to meet.

i dont think you can. Like me im not the best looking, but people say i have a heart like gold. I believe that when i am with someone i should treat them like i would wanna be treated. But most people just look on the out side and thats why im single. lol

Sometimes you can. I know this girl that is always wearing a constant scowl on her face, and she is mean. But there was a woman I met, i thought she was going to be really mean, but she is the sweetest lady. Sometimes you can tell a person's character by their presence, for my friend Toni has the warmest spirit. Other times, you have to go beneath the surface.

Don't judge them...yes we can tell what kind of person he or she is by looking at them. You can tell how they carry themselves, the way they talk to you, etc. But keep your mind open, sometimes people are not who we think they are until we get to know them.

nope everybody sais im conceited but then they get to knoe me and they c how nice i am lol..when i first met my bf i thougt he was white and normal..but a year later hes mexican and the most amazing thing that has happend to me.
