At least two sites, as clothes and sneakers go together.
Keep the electronics seperate, and only add other tech type items there. Computers, cameras, watches maybe.

I would strongly suggest 2 different websites. Keep apparel & electronics seperated. A combined website may confuse people & keep them from making purchases or even visiting your site let alone recommending your site to others. Stick to 2 seperate websites & you should do just fine.

I'm not following exactly what you are asking. Do you want to know how you could set up a website to incorporate all three?

make 3 separate sites, market each site to its respected consumers and links 3 sites in to the network for cross-selling.
Good place to start is ebay or yahoo auctions

You may start with eBay, till you get your own URL. You may contact Vsplash / indiatimes or www.economicalhost.com they may be able to give you a workable solution to satisfy your requirement.
