Excercise is more important than eating habits. Find a sport you can get good at. And keep in mind that you might grow a lot more in the next few years. Why worry about weight when you're still growing? 16-year-olds often gain several inches by the time they're 22. If that happens, 95 pounds might seem silly.

You could lose another 7 and be OK. My Mom was 5'1 and weighed 95 lbs. She was fine.

You need to realize that you are a teenager and you have or should have good muscle mass on your body. You could start working out in a GYM and you might get smaller and weigh the same or even gain a couple lbs. Never know. You might lose. Eat a high protein diet. Easy on the carbs. Lots of vegetables, best raw.

It is dangerous to just look at your weight on a scale and not consider other factors. You could end up very thin and fatty. You don't want that. Do you ride a bike?

It is a life style you are trying to get comfortable with. If not, you are going to be in trouble and end up a roley poly kind of girl.

Diets just make us fat! Healthy life choices work. Good luck.

You have done so good already! I would enjoy and take this 7 lbs and develop a life style that works. Build muscle because muscle helps you keep a good healthy metabolism.

Dilbert has a very good point!! Just don't go crazy eating junk food. Need carbs if you are going to play sports. You probably look GREAT!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

i dont think you need tooo.. you are already really skinny enough. you will probbaly be growing stil nad developing your secondary sex characteristics still (breats and hips)

your BMI is only 19.9 which is really good for you..you are at normal weight for your height and all. if you loose 7 lbs it will be 18.4 which is unhealthy and you are considered underweight....

but when you do work out and you are already thinning out, gettign smaller. your body hits a plateau and you will need to exercise more and eat healthy as you are already doing

and once you get over this plateua you will need to continue to work out hard and eat healthy..... otherwise if you stop everythign you will just go back to where your normal "plateau" is. whcihseems to be at 95 lbs.

you are fine now. Like I said you stil have a high metabolism and you are still growing! just be happy with how you are not and be happy you lost those 15 lbs!

STOP!

I would exercise more but don't cut any calories, just concentrate on your clothing size and NOT your scale. Try building up some slenderizing muscle but don't lose any more weight, you are close to crossing the line of unhealthy.

this is getting very scary, no offense. i've seen people who were 85 ask if they are fat on this site. you need to gain weight, seriously. anorexia isn't good for your body. please seek some help.

What is the treatment for anorexia?
Treatment of anorexia is difficult, because people with anorexia believe there is nothing wrong with them. Patients in the early stages of anorexia (less than 6 months or with just a small amount of weight loss) may be successfully treated without having to be admitted to the hospital. But for successful treatment, patients must want to change and must have family and friends to help them.

People with more serious anorexia need care in the hospital, usually in a special unit for people with anorexia and bulimia. Treatment involves more than changing the person's eating habits. Anorexic patients often need counseling for a year or more so they can work on changing the feelings that are causing their eating problems. These feelings may be about their weight, their family problems or their problems with self-esteem. Some anorexic patients are helped by taking medicine that makes them feel less depressed. These medicines are prescribed by a doctor and are used along with counseling.

Are you serious? You are already wearing a size 2, what the hell is wrong with you! You can't just spot reduce anyway, and your waist and hips are already tiny. I have a friend with the same measurements and she fits into a size 0, what does that tell you!

HTH : )

eat to go into ketosis which burns off glycogen then fat if you have glycogen in you system it will burn that until you burn it off. Sometimes it take three days to burn it all off. so you eat only fish, eggs, meat, sugar free jello, sugar free coowhip. I had alot of beef jerkey it was like my potato chips. nothing with carbs. I started loosing weight doing this lost 30 lbs.
