Something is definitely not right. Has the doctor done a Doppler study of your legs? Those symptoms just do not sound good. I know what it sounds like to me{a clot or restriction of some kind} but I am not a doctor. If you have asked that this problem be resolved and you don't feel faith in your current doctor, you have the right to a second opinion. Doctor can sometimes be intimidating and you know they may not realize that you feel this way. But you are the one paying for his/her services. You are the employer in a respect and he is the employee. You have the right to know and understand everything going on with your body. Stand up for yourself. You are worth it.

Regardless of what your DR DID do or how many years you smoke, you need to call the DR asap or go to the ER now!!!!!!!! This is why people end up hearing what they dont want to hear, because they dont do something about there health at the first sign, the longer you wait the worse the news will be, I am in the medical field and trust me people would save themselves a lot of worrying and upset if they would just call there DR or go to the ER at the first sign something is not right. REGARDLESS or what was done or what disease you dont have at this time things on your body are turning black and you say it is worse and there is pain. Personally for me nothing has ever turned black on me and if it did I would be at the nearest ER to find out why. No matter how scared or nervous you feel the sooner you get medical help the less you will have to deal with in the end. However if this is something of the norm for you by all means, I guess wait and see how many more toes turn black. Only YOU know your norm. But if I were you I would log out of my PC and find the nearest ER.

Your toes are dying from inadequate blood flow. Get yourself to a doctor right away; preferably the emergency room!
