One of my favorites is the Akita. I have had one since I was 10 years old. I absolutely love him. He is the most loyal dog ever. He is just great. I recently got a chihuahua. I love him also but for different reasons. I really have an appreciation for a dog that small having so much heart. He actually tried to attack the Akita, who is 110lbs and comes to my waist (I'm 5'7''). The chihuahua is all of 6 lbs. soaking wet.

My FAVORITE dog is my little Chihuahua. But we also own a 10 month old German Shepherd.We've had Shepherds for that last 20 something years...I love them...they're beautiful....and I also love Boxers...my son moved out and took the one I bought him as a puppy...he is 8 years old today (the boxer) My Chihuahua is the first one I've ever had..and I know that I will always have a Chihuahua now! He's the greatest! So...#1 Chihuahua #2 Boxer and #3 German Shepherd

Personally my favorite breed of dog would have to be either the Bull Terrier or the Minature Bull Terrier. I currently own to standard size Bull Terriers. They are just full of energy and a lot of fun to have around. I hope to one day get a Minature Bull Terrier. Have a Happy New Year!

I have to answer this three ways because there are different types of breeds of dogs, small, medium, and large breeds.
My favorite of the small are yorkshire terriers, medium is a boston terrier and large would be a german shephard.

Not much has been said about these lovable little charmers......I could write pages......but if you are looking for a wonderful companion that loves everyone old and young alike...they are playful, yet cuddly, they have eyes that will melt your heart and their popularity is growing in this country do some research on the HAVANESE!
I've never had another dog like them.

I have a 5 month old Bichonpoo she is the best dog in the world. I would definitely recommend this mix to anyone. She is mellow, loves everyone. Is super smart and easily trainable. She is so cute see her photo at left and on my 360.

My Shiz Tzu - German Shepard mix. She is adorable. Full blooded breed would have to be a German Shepard though. They are such beautiful animals.
