is that all you will have... one can of slim fast and water per day for one month? well yes, you're not getting enough nutrients and you'll be using more energy than you will be taking in. you'll be sick.. and weak... and miserable

Yes. You need to have a balanced diet including protein, vitamins and minerals, calcium etc in order to remain healthy. Slim fast does not provide all of this; you should eat at least one good meal every day and replace slim fast with the other two.

I hope you are going to eat something else. One can of slim fast will not provide your body with all the vit and minerals your body need to survive on. If you are using it as a supplement for one meal it is OK. The problem with slim fast is you may feel bloated and have alot of gas. Belch or fart!!!!!!!!!

1st check the expiration date. 2nd chill it in the refridgerator overnight; like at least 12 hours.
And you do need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day. You do not want to pass out at work or school.

This is going to be very hard to do. You will get sooooo hungry.
Okay, let's say you do manage to pull this off. If you are doing this as a quick way to lose weight, you probably won't. Our bodies have defense mechanisms built right into them and if you take in too few calories your body will think it is starving, so it will slow your metabolism to save itself. Believe me I have been there. I found I lost more weight by not starving, but by eating better and exercising. If you hate to exercise, (like me) just become a perpetual motion machine. Move in any way you can at any given moment.

what you are talking about is dangerous.
if you want to lose weight you must excersize and eat less fat and carbohydrates.
any other way is not going to last or be safe.
