Its a whole thing, i call it the gas plate

Consists of :
T-bone steak [medium rare]
Baked Beans [ really spicy ones]
4 Scrambled eggs [cooked with chilli sauce]
Some brocolli [so it isn't ALL crap]
A glass of soy milk.

Anything with a lot of cheese because I am lactose intolerant. Any dairy doesn't settle with me well even though I like some dairy.

Cabbage, Broccoli and I don't know why but Green and Red Peppers-even roasted. Sometime's I really hate my English herritage. :o)
