You can get your parents to trust you by showing them they can trust you . Telling them is one thing , but showing is another . Respect is a big part , respecting their rules , not talking back , having good friends , doing we'll in school . Showing them that you care about how they feel , that you love them . Thank them for all they have done for you over the years , with out them you would not be here in the first place . Good Luck !!

1. NEVER lie to them. Don't even color the truth for your own benefit. Lying destroys trust and it takes a loooonng time to build it back up again.
2. Act responsibly. Think twice before you act or say anything.
3. Choose your friends carefully. Remember your friends have a huge influence on your behavior and the choices you make.
4. Stay in school and decide to do your best.
5. Be respectful and courteous of your parents, teachers, and other adults.

Through out high school I never had to worry about many rules or my parents trusting me because I never did any thing to break their trust. They knew that I was responsible and trust worthy, but you can't just expect them to hand you their trust, you have to earn it by coming home when they want you home, following their rules, etc. By doing this my parents got rid of a lot of rules and didn't even have to ask me where I was going on Friday nights (of course I told them anyways, out of common courtesy)

If you broke your parents trust you need to do things that show them you are responsible. But unfortunately once you have lost it, it is hard to get back.

Always tell them the truth. Be open and honest with them. Follow family rules. Listen to what they may have to say, regardless if you like it or not. As you get older, you'll realize that your parents were right. Be there for your family on each and every situation.

if you feel they don't trust you , set down with them and talk about it and find out why (if you don't already know), and show respect to them and all parents have different rules , my 12 yr old wants to hang out with her friends at the mall , i feel she is to young for that, but its not that i don't trust her, theres alot of mean people out in this world , maybe your parents are just trying to protect you to , God bless

You have to build up your parents trust. My parents trust me because I have not done *too* much to make them lose it.

I remember as a teen, asking my mom why she kept treating me like a child.
She told me when I start acting like an adult she will treat me like an adult.
It takes a long time to earn back trust once it is lost, but it can happen.

i'm very open with my parents. i tell them what i'm up to without them having to ask, etc., and they trust me because they know that i do what i say i will. but trust takes time and effort to build - being responsible and honest and mature are very helpful in this.
