stress make you gain weight sometimes. try relaxing, doing simple breathing exercises before you go out and physically exercise. also dont worry that much about calories, if you exercise any "bad food" that you eat once or twice will be gone in no time. just stay away from fast food as much as possible. and limit sweet intake. also try drinking a glass of milk a day, along with water water water. drinking mainly water will help fluch you system. i am 16 and i tried drinking only water and one glass of milk a day while exercising. and with eatting pretty healthy like sandwhiches from a deli, i lost about 10 pounds in about 2 weeks

Eat really good foods. Don't make yourself feel bad if you're not losing weight because then you're a step closer to eating those "comfort foods". Just eat really healthy and if you're eating a lot cut down on it. Three meals a day (by the way milk really helps!!! Drink it and you DO lose weight), and drink milk whenever you want to.

Stop feeling guilty
Guilt hurts ...n makes losing weight even harder.
Creating a weight loss plan does not simply mean eating less food.Eating in moderation is the key...keep going at it n you'll make it.It is not so hard after all.

ok well dont listen to that other person that says it pays you............i dont thin sooooo!!!!!!!! all you ahve to do is:
do you have a dog?? if you do make sure you walk him/her every night and day......lots of excersice will help you and ur dog.
stop eating as much bad foods...mabe mcdonalds 1 a month and mabe a pack of chips every two weeks....
when your watching tv get on the floor and do some excercises.....get tips from like dolly and girlfriend...or try and go on a diet......go vegetarian like me.......try and make a book of what you are going to eat every day like say monday: spaghtti and veges nd tehn tuesdy salad sandwhich with ham on side or sumfin liek that...i hope i have helped you

i would eather go to the exersizing places or whatever i do just throw all the junk food away or just get somebody to help to me its almost as hard as smoking but i dont

i joined weight watchers and followed it EXACTLY and lost 40 pounds....drink lots of water, be active and eat right...
u are young...start early and u will be fine!
