i'm 4'10" and 95 pounds. no, i am not doing this so people can say, "omg, you're not fat, what are you talking about?" i used to be overweight, so i still have a bit of fat left over. basically, i want to tone myself up a little, i just don't have much time. what are some little exercises i can do at a desk?

and also, my arms are very toned, it's my thighs and hips that i would like to work on.

when you are sitting in a chair at your desk, scoot up in your chair a little bit, extend your leg a little bit, and raise it. it might not seem like much at first but after 100 of those you will have a hard time raising it. this works your thighs. this is kind of a corny way but if you are at a desk theres not much else you can do!
