Yes, they should and I think they do. However, the Vatican is its own country and not subject to laws from other countries.

Of course, they are businesses too - except they are allowed to discriminate and don't have to pay taxes either. What's wrong with this picture?

No thats an invasion of privacy...noone wants that for personal stuff or companies either....they do pay taxes...anyone can be audited..

yes since they are supposed to be non profit they should have to prove it.
