Smile , be nice talk to him, make sure he kknows you are single, ask him for his msn or phone#, ask him if he wants to go see a movie with you or you and a couple freinds, treat him like a realy good freind spend as much time with him as you can with him and causualy hint that you think hes cute sonner or later he shoould get it and make a move lol at leas thats what i would do :)

Dudes are easy to win over just dint come on too strong , its counterproductive.just give him the eye a bit and try to be close to him . Make small talk . If he is shy you have to help him a bit he 'll appreciate it.Good luck ,i hope you have more luck than me.

If you are seriously wanting to get to know him introduce yourself .
Ask him if he would like to go for coffee.
Not all men are into flirting.

just take an intrest in the things he likes and in him if you were all talking to me about chess pool and what i like and you seemed really intrested in me then i would know you like me it's ok to make it a little obvious or you could tell him
