I like to start the day off at the salon. i get my hair dyed and cut in a new way. Then I go out and I buy something that I would never buy normally. Then I soak in a tub and chain smoke while I make plans with friends for the night. I get ready with my new hair and the new outfit I bought, and I go out for a couple of drinks and dancing until dawn and try to forget the crappy week I had. It costs a little money and won't make the problem permanently go away, but it eases the pain for a little bit....for me at least. I've been there. I'm sorry you are down. Feel better soon. It is New Year's Eve tomorrow! You should be getting to bed right now so you can do all this tomorrow. If you can't sleep, take a Valium or have a nip of brandy....but NOT both, lol.

I'm sorry that you're feeling so terribly sad...it's awful to feel that way.
What I'd suggest is doing something very gentle and nurturing for yourself right now, such as taking a bath, wrapping up in a blanket, watching a video (not of a sad movie though) or something that will be soothing for you. If you don't want to be alone then call a good friend or family member to come and be with you or just talk to you on the phone for a while.
But remember it's okay to be sad; in fact crying can be very theraputic so you may just need to go through this phase of sadness right now...but trust me, it will pass.Take care of yourself, I hope you're feeling better soon. :)

Well I can tell you that when I fell bad (a lot) I will draw or sketch what I fell even of that mean riping the paper while your drawnig. Music is a huge stress reliever too. Just turn you music all the way up even if you will get in trouble and blast the anger and sadness out of you with your fav song. You can go outside and run or exercise to get better to.
I hope what ever is going on will get better and I hope what I told you to do will help you. GOOD LUCK, HOPE YOU FELL BETTER :)

I had major depression. I was so sad I would feel like I wanted to die, all the time. It wasn't until I started working out at the gym that I started to feel like I wanted to live again. Massage therapy helped me a lot too. So did the medication - I think it was a combination of all the kinds of therapy. They saved me.

Is it that time of the month? If not, you may be depressed obviously, so you should see a psychiatrist.
