you ever hear the phrase "nice guys finish last"? its true.

If you feel comfortable lumping our opinions into one over-generalized cliche then maybe you aren't such a nice guy?
"hot chicks" have feelings too. I don't know where the "attractive girls date bad guys" thing comes from but its been used too much.
My boyfriend is as nice as can be and people say things to him about the differing levels of physical appearances between us that really hurt my feelings. I've overheard one too many "trophy girlfriend" comments and this question just really rubbed me the wrong way.
I think the reason that an attractive, intelligent woman would date someone "criminal" is because of the natural instinct to try to promote healthy growth in that person. And many women are suspicious of a man who seems "too good to be true" due to bad experiences with other guys who seemed good at first but then turned out bad.
So, if you are a nice guy you should keep up your natural tendency to be nice, because it will lead you to the right person, "hot chick" or not.

A "hot chick" might like a bad boy or she might like a good boy. Depends on the girl. Just because they're "hot," doesn't mean they all think alike.

yep. the good guys will go to college, earn a living and make something of himself. A criminal will go to jail then not live past fifty while having 5 or 6 kids on the way. go figure.
