from a qualified professional. Make sure you know exactkly what you are getting and that you like it. You might ask the tatoo artist if they belong to a professional organization of some sort. And ask for referemces too. Is there shop clean and inviting? If it is, that's good. But if not, then forget it. Check everything out.

I would get the rose wrapping around the cross over your real heart on your chest. It keeps it private for only you and those you want to share with to know about.

You shouldn't because tattoos are not classy, try putting on an elegant evening gown with that on your arm. (It looks very tack-headish). And what about when you become a Grandmother one day? You'll be wrinkled and tatted up. Think long and hard about the mistake on your mind.

get a cross on ur lower back..a tattoo on ur lower back is like a bullseye for guys..you'll be getting lots of attention

put it on the upper left corner of your back it'll look nice there
if you put it on your chest it'll hurt a lot when they start putting it on
because of your ribs and different muscle's in that area
(p.s. when you wear a gown like if it's going to show your back it'll look elegant if you get the right person top do it)

NOT your lower back! Between your shoulder blades or the back of your neck if you are VERY bold. An ankle or upper arm if you want to look at it more often.

sounds like that would be pretty on a wrist, hip, or ankle. or if its a longer tattoo try your lower back
