What traits defines the perfect girl?

As a guy, what would be the 10 most treasured and important traits that define the most ideal girl whom you'd never want to let go?

- intelligent, but not all brainiac about it. (i.e. does not use intellect to intimidate.) (good question about "disconnection in society"; see my link.)
- able to enjoy the silence.
- DD :-)
- doesn't cheat, and doesn't accept cheating.
- skinny, but not bony.
- trusting.
- has integrity.
- non-addict.
- wears her mind on her sleeve. (But respects others' feelings)
- not over 25
- oh, why not throw "rich" in there?
(I think that's ten.)
- Oh yeah...doesn't over-do the make-up or perfume.
