lol, not its not. The actual pop corn seed is not vegetable when you cook it its not considered nutrional anymore and becomes something else with no nutritional value. Kinda like in a diet raw carrots are a freeby but then when you cook them you have to count them for 2 points, or when a cake goes from a liquid to a solid. Do you ever see corn on the food pyramid under veggies? And have you ever heard of seeds qualify under veggies. Nope

I think it is part veggie part snack,but mostly snack because they have been added with many other ingredients and it tastes more like a snack too!

its made from a seed ,a grain of corn
grains are not vegetable .wheat is not a vegetable neither is bread or tortillas ,they are both starch.like rice
