Just try a little nibble, crackers, cookies, even a few jellybeans.Anything to get the taste back in your mouth. That should help get your appetite back.from there just eat as many small meals (but healthy) as you can in a day. a little can go a long way.
good luck.

You say you're hungry but can't eat? An appetite enhancer isn't going to help you, dude. This is what I think is really going on: It's not that you're not hungry, it's that you feel badly about yourself and your desire not to eat is a manifestation of mild depression. Your girl left so you feel worthless. You don't feel you deserve to eat (subconsciously punishing yourself), and you'll ignore that aching in your stomach until it starts growling so loudly it interrupts company meetings...in the next room. I went through that same thing, battling with low self-esteem. Here's what to do:
You're going to have to get over it, man. I've been in that boat with you twice. Both times I lost over 20 pounds due to not eating, and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. Not healthy. I recommend doing some personal reflection. Write yourself a list of your positive qualities/traits, what makes you a valuable person. Positive self-talk is a must. Cut your hair. Maybe change your style a bit. Hang out with friends even if you don't feel like it. Take up a new hobby. Be productive! Get on with your life. And force yourself to eat several times a day. Get some protein in your belly at least, to minimize muscle breakdown so you don't lose all your energy too.
Checked out that King Bio appetite spray, looks like a safe enough herbal product. But I've never heard of that company before so I can't relate any personal experience with it. I wish you the best of luck with your recovery!

This is a tough one. I'm a guy and I've been there.
I hope you take my answer seriously, because it doesn't deal with your diet or supplements.
You're lack of appetite is most likely due to depression. Yeah, I'd say see a counselor, but the faster, easier and cheaper way to help take care of this would be to exercise and just get out of the house and hookup with friends as much as you can. If you still don't have an appetite, buy some Ensure (works great).
I know it sucks, but hang in there.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I know it must be incredibly painful, and it's hard to realize now that you will heal and get over this, but you will, over time. Please seek out the help of the supportive people in your life and rely upon them for consolation, support and don't be ashamed to tell them what you've been going through. I think you should also ask your doctor to recommend a good therapist because the hurt you've been going through is not only hurting you emotionally, but effecting your physical health, which is not good at all. I think once you start to heal emotionally, you will re-gain your normal hunger and eating patterns again. You will get through this! Best wishes

I'd say don't try the appetitte enhancer...Just be patient and you'll get over the breakup, then your appetite will be back..If you can't help it, see a therapist, or talk to a friend so you can express your feelings, and release all the negative energy that's bothering you and is building inside you....Good luck

seeing a therapista fter three days isnt that smart wait aat least a week before goin to a therapist but definately try forcing urself to eat in the morning...if you keep eating like that your apetite will shift and your body wont get hungry around mealtime but whenever it is you eat...(does thta make sense?) basically force yourself to eat in the morning even if its just a granola bar as long as its something same for dinner and lunch

if this lasts much longer, you should contact your doctor. in the meantime, try drinking Ensure or Boost shakes (can buy at Walmart, Walgreens, any grocery store) so your metabolism doesn't tank. they contain vitamins, minerals, protein, and carbs to keep you going until you can eat. they also have formulas for weight gain as well. i think they are called Ensure Plus... but don't let this go. you will become ill.

I would reccomend you see a therapist and start getting out. If you can think about something else other than your ex, then you will be able to eat regularly.
