I'm not tryin to go see a doctor unless it really gives me poblems, but it only bothers me during practice and just afterwords. I just want some home remedies to help some.

See the Orthapedic. He will xray to make sure ok. Might give you a brace to wear if injury is minor.

I would take it really easy on the legs for a while. I find stretching can help. Drink pleanty of water, as it helps everything in the body, even the knees.

You can ask your doctor and he might reccomend some excercises that you could do to help the condition. I have had trouble with an irritation on the pateller femer. I have been a bit overweight and I found that losing weight helped it. Also, it can just improve somewhat over time. Good luck.

I would suggest finding a chiropractor that uses ART (Active Release Technique) or Graston Technique. These soft-tissue therapies are excellent for quick resolution of soft-tissue injuries.

Have you seen your doctor? Go see a physical therapist, you may need to do exercises for joint strength and stability. Try doing some leg curls and quad stretches.
