Ok.. im getting married in 30 days, and i need to lose as much weight as possible. Any ideas? besides not eating?

Well Change your eating habits...heres a good way to do that
I understand where youre coming from and the difficulty of eating healthy.

1. Eat a good breakfast. This will be the best way to get your day off right and a meal you cant miss. This is your best chance to get in the majority of the nutrients you need.

Calcium, Iron and Vitamins: Get some Dairy and Cheese products in whether youre eatin yogurt, drinking a glass of milk or having a cheesy omlette.
Fiber and Essential AMino Acids: Have a fiber dense cereal, whole grain toast, oat meal
EGG! An Egg is the only food item that is the closest to being a complete food, meaning it has practically everything you need to eat in it.
Try to eat one fruit in the morning! Keep back fiber diculotus and colon cancer

Next For Lunch: Pack a lunch. Worried your options might get boring, Dont be look at a jasons deli or quiznos menu and mimic them.

Dinner: Keep it small. If this is the only meal you eat out of the micro its better that way. But if you can spare the money try a healthy frozen dinner like weight watchers or lean cuisine

OK. Doing this isn't the best way to lose weight, but I can appreciate wanting to look hot as for your wedding.
1. Eat a healthy breakfast such as quick oats with some berries, a drizzle of honey and some chopped almonds. This will fill you up no end.
2. Make sure you eat snacks about an hour and a half before a main meal. Preferably a bit of fruit or some celery or carrot sticks (I never said it would be yum ;-)
3. Substitute 2 meals a day (one of them preferably dinner) with a protein shake. Make it with some protein whey powder, skim milk, a banana, some blueberries and alot of ice.
4. Do 45mins high cardio a day. And a little weight training if you have the time.
5. Go to a health food shop and buy a tea called Slimming Tea. It's Asian and comes in a green box. Get the one that DOESN'T say diuretic on it.
Trust me, the weight will fall off. Good luck and congrats on the wedding...

I lost 25 lbs in about 45 days, probably lost 15 in 30 or so... All I did was portion control. I love to eat, but I had to teach myself to not clear my plate, and eat more often thru out the day. I eat about 6-8 times a day now. Small meals will boost your metabolism. Plus excerise. When I started I couldn't even run 1/4 a mile. Now I'm up to 3 miles, and I run probably 4 times a week. plus I walk my dog everyday probably another mile or so. Remember, you cannot work off what you eat, so you must change your diet to lose weight. Think about it, if you eat 2000 calories a day, you'd have to spend like 8 hours working out... do you have that kind of time? Find out what your "Target heart rate" is, and work out at that level... the pounds will fall off in no time. My goal is 50 lbs before Jan 1. I think I'll make it!

start a diet you can lose up to 15 pounds in 30 days. Just go to the gym and do 30 minutes of cardio. And consult a dietician that will help you chose the right diet for you.

I wish one could lose weight without cutting calories or doing exercises, but those two things are what you need to do to lose a couple of pounds a week, safely.

Eating in moderation and begin exercising. You can simply start exercising by walking 30 minutes a day. Good luck with the exercise and congrats on your marrage!

Try taking walks and eating healthier foods. Not eating is very bad because I have heard people gain weight from it so if you eat snacks that are unhealthy try replacing them with fruits.

well, if you are trying to look better i would suggest doing crunches and squats and push ups and jogging. this however may cause you to gain weight. you will look trimmer and your will be more muscular but you may acctually gain some weight while being trimmer.
