My sister was making some frozen drinks with that at a BBQ last summer. I believe she used the rum and a frozen juice mix, maybe the welche's passion fruit or just a fruit punch, added some ice and put it in the blender. They were kickin!

pour it generously onto pound cake, let set a day or two in the fridge, serve with hot black coffee or tea. If you use it for anything else, the alcohol will cook out, and we don't want that!
Oh, i suppose it can be used to make jello also. And add it generously to pancake syrup.

when I was living in Puerto Rico, we would take a 5th bottle of this rum, pour it in hallowed out water mellon, add oranges, apples , & pineapples, this was a very powerful drink
