Do a lot of activity in a pair of socks you have been wearing for three weeks straight. Build up a good sweat. Then squeeze any moisutire in to your mouth along with the cheese and sardines. It will be gloriously awefull!

ok a friend of mine made home-made salsa last night with tons of garlic and some special kind of onion and a weird tomatoe and pepper...wow...when i woke up this mornign, i really felt it! and everyone else smelt it!
