Do a lot of activity in a pair of socks you have been wearing for three weeks straight. Build up a good sweat. Then squeeze any moisutire in to your mouth along with the cheese and sardines. It will be gloriously awefull!

Eat only stinky cheese and sardines and do not EVER brush your teeth. It'll get more potent. Enjoy your extra alone time!
