The Province of Ontario made this legal back in the early '90's much to the delight of the folks, especially in the Southern Ontario regions, such as Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, etc...

this is criminal as long as they at the instant are not doing it for a sexual or commercial purpose. i flow topless each and every of the time on the coastline and a few swimming pools, and each so often in my backyard. I stay in Canada.

yes but only in the province of Ontario or you can always look for any of the many nudist colonies located in the hidden places ask around if you want that breezy feeling in your bosoms

There area couple of nude beaches... I'm pretty sure they would be stopped (or arrested) for indecent exposure as soon as they walked off the beach though!
