Cultural .... it's perfectly normal for women to walk around bare chested in many areas of Africa, for example.
The most logical reason would be that womens breats are seen as a private part, being that they are notoriously seen sexually. Mens aren't. However, the topless law has gone through so many places here that I have zero doubt it will be common practice in a decade or so.
To answer your other question, I however won't be one of the ones doing it. As far as I'm concerned, leaving something to the imagination is a much better idea. Men will always see breasts as sexual, plain and simple .. and as long as they do, I have far too much respect for myself to put myself on display like a sex object.

If it's so "acceptable" for men to run around topless, why is it that many stores post a sign stating "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service"? Walking around shirtless merely demonstrates your lack of modesty and class, as most folks running around in that state of undress certainly aren't in prime physical shape. But hey, I'm sure the neighbors in the trailer park don't mind.
It's frowned upon for women to go topless because they have breasts. I'm sure you'll agree that it's also frowned upon for men with breasts to appear in public sans shirt. So there really isn't much of a double standard after all.

No. And to tell you the truth, I wouldn't want to see most of these women without their shirts on either. Muffin top is bad enough, but sagging breasts would be too much.
Maybe we should have laws against men going without shirts to make it equal. I once saw a guy jogging in what appeared to be a cloud. It was body hair! The guy was completely covered in hair all over his torso! It wasn't as sexy as it sounds!

If everyone was, then there wouldn't be a problem because it would be normal. So if it was accepted, then I guess I would because then everyone would be like "why are you wearing a SHIRT?" Haha. It's never gonna happen though. O_o

If you are a woman with breasts and not bumps it really isn't a real good idea, you will be tucking them in your belt by the time your 30. It is also kind of painful when they bounce isn't it.
That said, by all means go shirtless, I won't mind.

but its sexist because a womans breasts are looked upon as sex organs and mens breasts arent. such is life, a few zillion years of no nos, you say anything is a bad thing and they will cover it in public and do anything to try to sneak a peek in private, all the sins wouldnt be so popular if no one called them sins.
