i know this girl and i was always nice to her even she wasn't very nice to me, but now shes even mean to me and i wanna just make her feel bad how would i do that.

tell her i think you're the best despite what everthing else everyone is saying about her and leave it at that, she'll get paranoid, thinking what stuff has being said about her etc.

Just let her know how much she hurt your feelings by being mean, because that's so pathetic it has to make her feel bad, right?
How about, stay away from her and solve the whole thing?And if you can't get away from her then quit baiting her and she'll move on to another more entertaining target. Making her feel bad only works if she actually has feelings. And since you make it sound like she doesn't, save yourself from looking like you care way more about the situation than you should.

leave her alone. that will most make her mad because sounds like she jsut wants the attention you give her and when she is nice she dosn't get enough
