Drinking a glass of water before every meal is a pretty simple, painless way to get yourself to eat less, plus getting enough water makes your skin look great and your body healthier. What I do is make all of my wellness activities into "me time". Learn to do something like rock climb or ski (if you're one of the lucky people who has snow this winter). Then you can pick up hot guys and look great while you're doing it. Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can. It's something so little, but it makes a huge difference in your health. Keep a journal about your physical and emotional struggles, goals, and progress. Mostly, don't try and do anything or eat any foods that you hate. That will just frustrate you and make your health your enemy.

Try to go on a diet with a friend. What I personally did was I stocked up on Post Eat 2 to Lose 10 cereals. They really work, trust me; and they're delicious. Just switch two meals with the cereal and you're all set. But give it about three months. I know, long wait, but it works and it'll stick unlike starving or unhealthy dieting.

I'm in the same boat as you. I hate dieting.
But!
I eat all the same things I used too, just smaller portions. If not smaller portions, then I work out more. But I know that if I did give up some of my favorite foods, I could have lost more then 20 lbs.

borrow a portable dvd player from ur dad or use ur's if u have 1 and watch movie's well doin exercises or geta radio ,mp3 player,or ipod and listen to that it works =)

put side by side pictures when you're most overweight and when you're at the right weight - where you can see them both while eating or exercising - that should give you the incintive...
