Maybe try to include it in the kids activities. For example, if my kids are outside playing soccer I go play with them. When they ride their bikes I jog after them. Me and my daughter have "dance class" at home - we just put on some music nice and loud and just dance. Maybe some things like that.

Easy stuff. When you park your car at work or at the store , park it as far away as you can and walk swiftly to and from the building. When at work , stand whenever possible if you have a sitting job. When answering the phone or doing easy PC work, stand and don't lean on desk. Wake up 30 minutes early and go for a fast 30 minute walk. It feels great.

A good way to do it is, don't eat until you work out first. Everyone has to eat so that will be a good reminder for you. Also, it is healthier to eat after working out. Your body takes it in better and sends the necessary nutrients to where it needs to go.

Play with your kids. How old are they?
If babies, get a jogging stroller
Toddlers-preK, run with them or go for walks.
Older, play games with them/ teach them to play sports.
Also get your hubby involved too.
That way you get your quality time in and you all get to exercise and bond at the same time.

Just get up 20 minutes earlier and go for a short brisk walk, That should do the trick. You don't need a gym membership or any of that crap.
