Write her a note if you won't see her for a while (email). Ask her about her life and talk about yours. If you're brave enough, reveal your feelings (but do it slowly and over time). Good luck!

talking to her is strait forward and to the point but a note.. oh boy, if she's any normal girl she would LOVE a note. It's something tangable she can take home and read and reread as many times as she wants. Plus a note is gonna be easier on you. You can plan out exactally what to say and theres no room for mistakes and awkward silences. Just avoid the whole "do you like me? Check yes or no" lol

Girls would rather have a guy talk to her. Write her a note and the relationship will go nowhere. After you get together then she'll probably write you notes and you can write notes back.

You should do whichever makes you feel more comfortable. If you're on the shy side, write a note. The details are vague, but if it's a workplace issue, make sure it's where it's visible and where you, yourself, or a very reliable friend/co-worker can leave it (but make sure it won't blow away either!). If you're not quite so shy, call her. But if you're nervous, you may want to write down what you want to say. (And practice it until it sounds natural. Try practicing on your pet, if you have one, or alone in a room, to practice saying it out loud until it doesn't sound so nervous.) It can be as casual as "Hey, do you wanna grab a Coke somewhere?" or "Do you want to do lunch sometime?" or you can get to know her, her interests and suggest doing something like that. Either one is fine. Good luck. ;)

Do NOT write a note! Talk to her. Remember that everything you write on paper can be used against you. Tell her you think she is cute and you would like to go to the movies with her or something.

A note might be easier for you to get out all your feelings on paper, because things never come out the way you want them to in person. However, the perfect letter to you would take several copies im sure....so get started!

write a note and if she doesn't get the note, talk to her!
I'm a girl, so i choose a note so that i can think before i answer your question. if you talk to me first, i might say no before you finish your sentence.

both, first write her a beautiful note i reccomend a hand written poem because it really shows your willing to sacrifice your time for her, meet up with her at a private place, and gesture to your paper and tell her that it is for her, then tell her how you feel, if she says she likes you give the note to her if not then move on

Well it would be better to talk to her. So try to talk to her and if you are unable to actually have a conversation because you are scared or whatever, then have a back up letter.
Tell her whatever your heart tells you to say... Like if you think that she is "Beautiful" then tell her and anything else. But you have to put in consideration that she will probably tell her friends what you wrote in the letter.
