Please PLEASE do not be afraid to talk to anyone about it!!!! You would be amazed at how good you feel even taking the first step, it's a huge relief.

Talk to your doctor,or your ob ( because the cause could be hormonal), a counselor at either school or though a workplace employee program, most employers have them. ( you didn't mention your age so I wasn't sure which would apply to you.)

If you'd ever like to email and get more info or just chat, say the word....

Depression is so common nowadays. When you open up about it you will find many people who have suffered with it. There are many ways to help combat it. The first is to talk with a school counseler or parent. If your parents have depression then they may know exactly what you are going thru and provide excellent rescources. If you just can't talk to either of those choices you should seek out a trusting adult that can guide you. Depression is certainly nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. There is so so much help for treating it these days.

Make an appointment with your family doctor and he or she can refer you to a therapist who can give you a proper diagnosis and begin treatment. If you're a minor you really should talk to your parents about this but if you feel that they wouldn't understand or it's just too hard for you to do,then go to a teacher or school counselor and ask them to help you with this.

You really should get help; there's nothing to be ashamed of in reaching out to others for help so please do so right away. If you feel suicidal call 1-800-SUICIDE

I wish you all the best

If you are under 18, i guess in order to see a psychologist or a therapist you need your parent's consent?????so i guess you'd need to tell them to get you some help and then then can take you to some professional who can help....I know that you don;t wanna worry your parents but your mental health is also important...just let them know...Good luck

Maybe you can talk to your grandparents, teachers, school counselors. Your parents should also know. I mean, they can't help you if they don't know about it. From there, you should consult with a doctor---he/she can direct you further.

Best of luck to you!
