this guy I work with used to flirt all the time with me and im shy and now he doesnt talk to me nearly as much. He used to always initiate the conversations and now I just dont say hi when I see him bc i think he hates me or something. I know im acting childish, but should i just try talking to him and maybe he thought I wasnt interested?

Thats probably exactly what he thought. I mean thats just coming from a guys point of view. Or he probably thought you had a boyfriend or something. Yea i would try to drop simple hints that you really are interested. Eventually (if hes a little intellegent) he will realize that it was a mis-understanding. Initiating the conversation will be the hardest thing. After you get the HELLO out and get a response you should feel more at ease and things will start flowing naturally.

Sometimes work gets busy.....in the busy times you may have mistook his non communication? Maybe because you are shy he mistook your responses for you being uninterested? Spark up a conversation, be flirtatious and bring in the new year girl!!!

You should just talk to him. Mayb start off by walking by him and just saying " Hey ______", and keep walking. Smile when you say hi though. Then try to add a little more everytime. You would be suprised what just saying "hi" can do.

ok well the first thing is to do is hey um is everything ok you have been acting werid lately and he might tell you and even something is realy bad like someone died or like that then dont bother him aboat that and maybe give him a gift to make him feel better well good luck im your charm!i always work!

yea talk with him... but probably what happened he may havesomeone else and he realized it was wrong too be flirting with you and lead you on...
so it couldn't hurt but don't let his actions deflate who you are... you sound like a fun girl... just realize that people can come with baggage and are at different levels of maturity in relationships...
