If my friends dad wont let then go somewhere and he is never home what should she do?!?

That is probably why he is telling her to stay at home, doesn't want her getting into trouble. She should listen to what he says, only looking out for her. If she wants to go see a movie/shopping etc, talk to her dad about it first, don't just go because if he finds out, he will lose all trust in her and will be hard for her to gain it back. If she is reasonable, I'm sure he will be too.

She should sit her butt at home and do what she's told.
