Not only will it freeze, it will explode! Keep it in the fridge.

Yes, take it from someone who knows. It freezes and explodes ruining the whole bottle. Champagne does not have enough alcohol in it not to freeze.

Alcohols like tequila and vodka are more potent and will not freeze. Don't put champagne in the freezer for more than probably 3 hours at the most.

Yes it does but because alcohol freezes at a much lower temperature than water (about 117 degrees below freezing) then the more alcohol something contains the lower it's freezing point.

I'd guess your champagne will freeze at about 20 degrees below freezing and as your freezer will be considerably colder than this (about 35 to 40 degrees below) then it will freeze.

NO, do not freeze champagne it will explode in your freezer due to the pressure inside the bottle. Champagne is bottled under pressure due to the carbonation. Not a good idea to put a bottle of champagne in the freezer or point the cork towards anyone when opening.

Hi,
It will be ok if you put your champagne
15 min in the freezer or
2 hours in the fridge.
I usually put it in the fridge over night if I need it tomorrow.
All the best and open it gently
