110 pounds is way to small for 5'7. are you sure you dont mean 210. alright well if your wanting to loose weight around your hips and waist you have to do your regular cardio and then there are exercies to do for your hips and waist. sit ups lunges. why dont you try buying an exercise book with pictures in it. if you are only 110 lbs if you tried to loose weight you could have heart problems and you could loose your hair and die. Why dont you try a nutritionist they can help.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

At 5'7", you should be a MINIMUM of 122 lbs. That is the bottom of the range for a female with a small frame. The total range for a female at 5'7" goes up to 157, depending on your frame.
You do not need to lose weight. You will be harming your body greatly if you try to get thinner than you are. Your parents need to be involved to keep you from damaging yourself.
Please don't attempt to lose any more weight!

your weight is under for ur age but if u want to get ur hips and waist thinner? what u really need to do is exercise. to make what u have firmer or toned what everu want to call it .when i was losing weight after my son was born i dieted a lot and lost so much weight i was 104 pounds what i did was started to eat better and exercise more ( i walked on the treadmill every day for an hour )and went thinner but kept the same weight what i did was made what i had better . fitter .so get in shape is what u need to do dont lose wieght . and if u are going to do anything u need a dr to help u cuz i dont know if this is healthy for u u r underweight so get the dr involved there is a reason people call it dying to be thin

your fine, im 13 5"3 95 lb and very slim and athletic. for every foot you grow you should gain 3 lb so youd be a me at about lets see 116 lb if i did my math correctly. You are slim enough , please tell me you did not just call me fat cause im tiny. If you were my height you"d be like 89lb which makes you tinnier. Dont loose weight gain muscel by jogging and lifting weights belive me you"d be healthier looking then you would be if you lost weight and if you think you have some inperfections a little bit of
muscels and you"d be perfect! So take my advise and dont worry your poor parents.
and the people that are calling you underweight are wrong, people just look at an adult"s scale ever bother to look at a kid"s scale. you are perfect at your weight. OMG people are giving you charts for women which mean 18&older

You shouldn't need to lose any weight. At 5' 7", 110, you are probably on the thin side. You can tone up what you've got through weight training and exercise without losing weight.

Ummm....First off, I'm about a year older than you, and I'm 5'7" and weigh 110. I'm underweight. If we're the same hieght and the same weight, you don't need to be losing weight.
You're perfect the way you are, as cliche as that sounds.

Sounds like a cry for help. You know you dont need to be skinner. I am a skinny person and I dont like it that much. The more skinny you are the smaller your boobs and butt get, not cute. Try and focus on why you want to lose weight and zone out any negative energy. Good luck!!

5'7 and 110 is underweight, you have to know. You are bordering on having issues. They shouldn't be helping you lose weight because you shouldn't be losing weight. Don't mess with this...

If you're 5'7" you don't need to... you drop like 10 pounds you're bmi will be too low and that is really unhealthy. Start going to the gym and eating healthier. It will tone your body without loosing weight. Plus keep yourself hydrated. Hot bod, is better then a skinny one.
